Dell OptiPlex Tower Business Desktop Computer PC, Intel Core i7 up to 4.00 GHz, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB SSD, Windows 10 Pro, HDMI, WIFI, Bluetooth - Refurbished

The computer works great, the only issue I have is that it will not recognize a microphone input device in the audio port. I’ve tried installing older drivers, using a 3.5mm audio to USB converter (which the computer recognizes as an input device but will not allow me to use it as one), and nothing I try works. I’ve given up at this point. Unfortunately it is impossible to do any zoom meetings or anything that requires a microphone on this computer.

Love my PC....Works beautifully with zero problems and it's been a few months. A+++

I ordered my new PC Thursday NIGHT and it arrived at my door SATURDAY MORNING! REALLY FAST SHIPPING!!!

When I opened the box the PC looked BRAND NEW. I know with refurbished items to expect maybe some scratches and dings but lucky me, my unit honestly looked BRAND SPANKING NEW, no scratches or anything!

I started up my PC and the set up was SMOOTH and FAST. My Windows Pro works perfectly, the computer is running smooth and is incredibly quiet. Honestly it's as silent as a mouse. All the ports and everything else works properly...One thing I really really appreciate is that on these PCs there wasn't any "Bloat-Ware", no pointless programs I didn't need taking up space. THANK YOU TECDALE!!!

I can see why Best Buy uses them as a Premium Seller (Very hard to get premium seller status with Best Buy for marketplace, only a small few actually in Canada get approved as premium). I will only be shopping with Tecdale for my computers from now on.
