Order Acceptance Policy
Once you have placed your order with Tecdale.com you will receive an automatic email indicating we have received your order. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. All item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. Tecdale.com reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. Tecdale.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. All orders placed will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by our Fraud Avoidance and Payment Services Departments. Tecdale.com may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order.
An order may be canceled only if that item is backordered and not available to ship. Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be canceled. Tecdale.com reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for product that is advertised in error that does not conform to advertised specifications, or was shipped in error.
When you place an order for an out of stock item Tecdale.com will preauthorize your method of payment however we will not charge your method of payment until stock is ready to ship. Pricing on backorders is subject to change. If the price decreases you will be charged the cost of the item on the day it becomes available to ship. If the product price increases we will contact you and you will have the option to cancel your order at no charge. A backorder may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. On orders with backordered items, the total shipping charges are included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Tecdale.com will keep you informed of your order status via email. All tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging into your account on our website.
Most in stock orders ship same day, although that does not guarantee that you will receive your order next day. Your order will not ship until after your order has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. EST may not be shipped until the following business day. Please keep in mind that our distribution centers do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays. Tecdale.com will not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO Box). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
